The returns will be based on the guaranteed return of 8% for the first 3 years and subsequently it is projected to distribute the average returns of 11% p.a. (up to 17% max) throughout a period of 20 years.
It also allows me to enjoy capital appreciation at the end of maturity years. When the investment maturity years end, the palm oil land will be put up for sale based on the valuation of current market price. The sales proceed will be distributed equally among the plot investors.
